To apply for a PlayStation® Card issued by Comenity Bank, you must: Be at the age of majority in your state of legal residence, have a valid government-issued photo ID, have a valid government issued tax identification number (such as a SSN or SIN), and have a street, rural route, or APO/FPO mailing address. PO Box mailing addresses are not acceptable. Offer excludes residents of U.S Territories.
You agree that this application and any information you submit to Comenity Bank may be shared with and retained by Sony Electronics Inc. and that by applying for the PlayStation® Card, you will be signing up, if you are not already a registered member, to be a member of the Sony Rewards program.
Please note the Sony Rewards program will end on December 31, 2024. After December 31, 2024, a new credit card rewards program will be provided by Comenity Bank and any unredeemed points after Sony Rewards ends will be transferrable to their new rewards program. As of June 20, 2024, Cardholders will be able to earn Sony Rewards points only for credit card purchases, and their credit card will continue to work after Sony Rewards ends. Further information will be provided by Comenity Bank in the future regarding their new rewards program and changes to the PlayStation® Visa® Credit Card program.
